Privacy Policy
Your privacy is the foundation of Sheora. Every conversation you have with us happens on WhatsApp, which uses end-to-end encryption between you and your doctor. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
What we collect
Only the information you choose to share with us — your name, age, city, symptoms, and any photos or reports you send. We don't track you across the web.
How we use it
To provide personalised health guidance from our verified women gynaecologists. That's it.
Who can see it
Only the assigned doctor handling your consultation, and authorised members of the Sheora medical team for quality of care.
Data retention
We retain consultation records only as long as needed to provide continuity of care and as required by Indian medical record-keeping norms. You can request deletion any time by emailing Contact@sheora.care.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or stop using Sheora at any time. We will honour every request.
Children
Sheora is intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors should consult with parental supervision.
Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via our WhatsApp channel.
Disclaimer: Sheora provides health guidance only and is not a substitute for emergency medical care or in-person diagnosis.
